The role of the Maverick Academics Committee is to support all academic classes at LCC. This is achieved with the assistance of department parent liaisons, donations to the Annual Parent Giving Campaign, SAT/ACT prep class partners, and designated teacher-requested classroom grants. If you would like to become a parent liaison for any one of our Academic Departments (Career & Technical Education (CTE), English, Home Economics, Math, Science, Social Sciences, Special Education, World Languages, or AVID), please register as a Foundation volunteer and let us know which department you would love to support!
