There are many ways to help support our school. Volunteer activities fall into three main categories: Administrative Support, Booster Support, and Special Events and Fundraising.

Administrative support volunteer positions include activities like helping in the attendance office and at the front desk as well as projects that are scheduled on an as-needed basis such as collating mailings, helping with school pictures, and helping with freshman orientation.

Boosters volunteers support fundraising and provide program support for athletics, dance, music, technology, visual and performing arts and science and other academic areas. Boosters in each area have an opportunity to work directly with the department chair or coach to help identify the needs of the department and work on raising funds with the support of the Foundation. This is a great way to have a hands-on role in your child's education or sports experience at LCC.

Special events and fundraising volunteers help provide the funds to support all of the Foundation activities. From support and design of the student directory to grant writing, to planning and implementing the annual dinner dance, these opportunities provide the funding to make our support of the school possible.
