The San Dieguito Union High School will pay for the relocation of three portable classroom buildings, P-1, P-2, and P-3, from the upper campus to the sand volleyball courts location adjacent to the gym. The three buildings will be combined into one building for the Mavrick Fitness Center.

Funding

The District will cover the costs for moving, set-up, hook up power, removing inner walls and redoing entrances. The LCC Foundation and LCC supporters have the responsibility for the entire interior of the facility. Funds need to be raised for the equipment, flooring, signage, donor recognition, and weight lifting record board. Additional funds need to be raised for the back area of the fitness center, to cover the adjacent sand volleyball court with outdoor rubber matting for an additional training area. The Building will be able to provide 3,100 s.f. for fitness training and the outdoor area will add another 5,000 s.f. for training.
